Once we decide on exactly what you want, including price, I'll create a custom listing for you to order on.

If something happened to your order while en route to you, please message me immediately. I'll also need a photo of the damages. Once I have a photo, I'll pursue the issue with USPS. This may take some time, so please be patient. I'll do everything I can to make it right for you.

I make everything by hand. Because of this, there are bound to be slight variations in color or style. I do my absolute best to make sure each order is as close to the original listing as possible. I also never send out an order without double checking it, but mistakes do happen. If your order arrives with a misspelling, a dramatic color difference, or if I made a mistake on a color or wording change, please message me immediately. I'm happy to correct this for you at no charge.

You should always get a shipping notification as soon as I get your order in the mail to you. If you think it should have arrived by now, please first check the tracking number included in your shipping notification email. Sometimes it takes a day or so for the tracking info to update, so hold tight if you don't see it at first. Sadly, once the package is out of my hands I have no control over it. If the tracking number doesn't answer any of your questions, please visit your local USPS store and inquire in person. I am unable to get any answers for you on my end. If a package does get lost in the mail (I have NEVER had this happen, hopefully never will) I am so very sorry, but I won't be able to send you another free of charge.

I will always try and make this happen for you! I love that you think of me for gifts for family and friends. Before you order, please first message me and ask if it is possible. I'll let you know as quickly as possible if it is doable on my end. If you do need an order by a certain date and don't let me know, it may not arrive on time. I try my best to stick to the processing time I've outlined in each listing, but it is just me behind this business, and I sometimes get very busy and may need a day or two longer. With any significant delay, I will let you know immediately and give you the option of a refund if you wish.

I love large scale work, but its very time consuming and costly to ship. So, for now, I've decided to only offer large scale orders for local delivery and pick-up. I live in the North Atlanta area and would be happy to meet you. Also, I'm frequently in upstate South Carolina (specifically Greenville area) and could most likely work out a time to deliver to you there.
